WonderfulPNG (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website wonderfulpng.com, the delivery service at dl.wonderfulpng.com, and the internal application EtsyTrendsMarket. This page explains what data we handle and how.

Information we collect

EtsyTrendsMarket (internal application):

• We access Pinterest API endpoints under our own developer credentials to (a) publish pins linking to our own Etsy listings on our own Pinterest boards, and (b) read aggregated trend signals on clipart-related keywords we already target.
• We do not collect, store, or process data belonging to other Pinterest users. All Pinterest API calls are scoped to our own business account.
• We do not request or receive Pinterest user OAuth grants from third parties.

wonderfulpng.com (public website + delivery service):

• The public site does not require account creation.
• The delivery service receives an email address from Etsy when a buyer purchases one of our products. We use that email only to send the download link for the file the buyer paid for.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse mitigation, then deleted.

How we use the information

• Pinterest API: to create and schedule pins on our own boards, and to read aggregated keyword trend data for market research.
• Buyer emails (delivery): only to send the download link for the purchased product. Not used for marketing.
• Server logs: to detect abuse and improve site reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties. We may share data only when required by law (e.g., a valid court order).

Third-party services

• Pinterest — when we publish a pin, the pin URL, title, image, and destination link are stored by Pinterest under its own privacy policy.
• Etsy — our products are sold through Etsy and follow Etsy’s own privacy practices.

Retention

• Server logs: 30 days.
• Buyer email + Etsy order metadata: retained while the underlying Etsy order is active, then archived for tax/legal record-keeping (7 years per French commercial law) and not used for any other purpose.
• Internal pin-publishing records: retained while the corresponding Etsy listing is active.

Your rights
